Building products that do little or no harm to the environment are considered Eco-Friendly or Green.  Building using Eco-Friendly products is a way to ensure that growth due to construction is as neutral to the environment as possible.  Eco-Friendly products come in several different varieties but include products that are recyclable, biodegradable or when used do very little to alter or impact the environment.  Here we will explore how Green builders can acquire Eco-Friendly building products, as well as the benefits of using these products for those who currently do not.  We will also explore how the homeowner can use these products in remodeling projects and retrofitting.
